Execution of the orders
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00. Return conditions
The items can be returned within 14 days of the order delivery date, for size / color change or refund. The products must be returned in the original packaging and in the same conditions in which they were originally shipped: not worn, washed or altered in any way. The soles of the footwear must be in the same condition in which they are sent, without any sign of wear. All items must also be returned with the original tags and any original accessories supplied (dustbag, clothes covers, etc.), including the authenticity label and the security seal which must not be cut or broken. Return procedure
If the customer wishes to return one or more items, it is necessary to send an e-mail to within 14 days from the date of delivery of the order, indicating in the e-mail the order number, the code of the item or items to be returned, the reason for the return and the chosen compensation method: change of size or color, or refund.
